Referrals: We accept referrals from any service provider. We are currently unable to provide Medicare rebates, so all costs will be out of pocket.

Individual Counselling

At Nurturing Hope, we offer a dedicated space for self-exploration and healing. Our one-on-one sessions provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

  • Goal Setting: Counselling is a collaborative process. We’ll set achievable goals together, allowing you to track your progress and celebrate milestones along the way.

  • Confidential Environment: Your privacy is our priority. We maintain strict confidentiality, ensuring you feel secure in sharing your thoughts and experiences.

NDIS Therapeutic Supports

Nurturing Hope provides capacity-building counselling and therapeutic support for NDIS participants, as well as their dedicated support networks.

  • Participants: We offer tailored individual therapy to assist self-managed and plan-managed participants in achieving their personal development and well-being goals.

  • Support Networks & Caregivers: We extend our support to direct care workers, family members, and guardians to ensure a holistic approach to care.

  • Collaborative Psycho-education: We actively collaborate with NDIS support workers, offering practical tools and psycho-education to effectively support our mutual clients.

Our relationship counselling sessions provide a safe, neutral space for couples to navigate complex dynamics, improve communication breakdowns, and rebuild connection.
